Digital Product Terms
These terms apply to eBooks and online courses sold by NAE2SLAE LTD through Stan Store.
Digital product terms
- ✦Who sells: digital products are sold by NAE2SLAE LTD through Stan Store, which processes payment.
- ✦Delivery: products are delivered digitally after payment, by download or course access as described on the product page.
- ✦Course access: you have at least 12 months' access to an online course from the date of purchase. Access may continue beyond 12 months while the course remains available and supported. If we plan to withdraw a course, we will aim to give at least 30 days' notice where practicable, and where technically possible we will give you a reasonable chance to download any materials you are allowed to keep. Any withdrawal will respect the minimum access period and what was promised on the product page when you bought. Customers who bought when "lifetime access" was advertised keep the access they were promised.
- ✦Certificates: certificates are course-specific. Not every course includes one; the course description says whether it does. Where a course includes a certificate, it is issued only after the required work has been reviewed and approved.
- ✦Your 14-day cancellation right: digital content normally carries a 14-day right to cancel. You lose this right once access or download begins only if, before purchase, you expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged that you would lose the right, and this is confirmed to you in writing (for example, in your receipt or confirmation email). If those steps did not happen for your purchase, your 14-day right is not affected. Contact us if you're unsure.
- ✦Faulty content: if digital content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, in some cases, a refund.
- ✦Licence: you receive a personal, non-transferable licence. You may not copy, share, resell, upload or use the content to teach others without written permission.
- ✦Changes: we may update content to improve it, provided the main features you paid for remain.
- ✦Your rights: nothing here affects your statutory rights.
