• ✦Changing your mind (14-day right): for online orders you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Tell us by email, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof you sent them), including standard outbound delivery.
• ✦Return postage for unwanted goods: you pay the cost of returning eligible change-of-mind returns. We recommend tracked postage, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
• ✦Sealed hygiene products: the 14-day right does not apply to goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. This only applies to products we clearly mark as sealed for hygiene reasons. Unopened sealed products can still be returned.
• ✦Condition: handle items only as you would in a shop. If you reduce their value by handling them more than necessary, we may deduct an amount for that.
• ✦Exchanges: we do not offer exchanges for unwanted goods. You can return them under the 14-day right and place a new order.
• ✦Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described: you're entitled to a refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement fails, you can have a refund or a price reduction. Contact us with photos. We cover reasonable return postage where the law requires, either with a prepaid label or by refunding your reasonable postage cost, and we pay for delivery of any replacement.
