Payment information

All coaching sessions are confirmed following availability approval and receipt of payment via bank transfer. Payment instructions will be provided privately after your enquiry has been reviewed.

We use your details only to respond to your coaching enquiry. They're stored securely, seen only by the NAE2SLAE team, never shared, and deleted after 24 months (or sooner on request — email nae2slae@gmail.com). Submitting this form does not confirm a booking.

Coaching policy

Business Coaching Policy.

  • —Packages: Clarity Call — £100, 60 minutes · Business Blueprint — £250, 2 hours · Growth Mentorship — £500, 4 weeks. All coaching is delivered online.
  • —Enquiries: submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Your booking is confirmed once we agree a date and receive payment.
  • —Payment: by bank transfer, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • —Your 14-day cancellation right: because coaching is booked at a distance, you can cancel within 14 days of the booking being confirmed for a full refund. If you ask us to start within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay a proportionate amount for coaching already provided. If the service has been fully performed within the 14 days, and you expressly asked us to start and acknowledged you would lose your cancellation right once it was complete, the right no longer applies. We will ask for this request and acknowledgement in writing (email is fine) before starting early.
  • —Rescheduling: one complimentary reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
  • —Late cancellations and no-shows (after the 14-day period): we may make a fair, proportionate charge reflecting our reasonable losses, taking into account costs saved and whether the time can be rebooked. There is no automatic percentage charge, and we will not automatically keep the full payment.
  • —If we cancel: we will offer a new date or a full refund for any session not delivered.
  • —Confidentiality: we treat information about your business as confidential and will not share it without your permission, except where the law requires it or we have agreed otherwise with you.
  • —No guaranteed results: coaching provides guidance and education. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, and we cannot guarantee specific income or growth.
  • —Liability: we provide coaching with reasonable care and skill and are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not responsible for business decisions you make or for loss of profit, except where the law says we must be. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
  • —Materials: any templates or resources are for your own business use and may not be resold or shared.
  • —Your rights: nothing here affects your statutory rights.
