Customer Care
Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as you can — changes and cancellations affect other clients as well as our team.
Cancellation terms
- ✦Notice: please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With 48 hours' notice or more, you can reschedule with no extra charge, as long as the new appointment takes place within your deposit's one-month validity period (see the Booking Policy).
- ✦Cancellations within 48 hours: we may keep your deposit and may charge up to 50% of the remaining balance, to cover our reasonable losses. We take into account whether we rebook the slot and any costs we save. If we fill the slot, we will reduce or waive the charge.
- ✦Same-day cancellations and no-shows: we may charge up to the full remaining balance, reduced to reflect costs saved and whether the slot was rebooked.
- ✦Late arrival: a 10-minute grace period applies. Arriving 10–14 minutes late incurs a £10 fee, and 15–19 minutes late a £15 fee. Arriving 20 minutes or more late may mean we can't carry out your treatment, in which case it is treated as a same-day cancellation.
- ✦Exceptional circumstances: if you cannot attend because of a genuine emergency or illness, contact us as soon as you can and we will consider waiving charges.
- ✦If we cancel: you can choose to reschedule or receive a refund of your deposit.
- ✦How charges are settled: we will tell you about any charge and how it was worked out before it is collected.
- ✦Your rights: nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
A note on our charges
The amounts above are kept as maximums, applied in line with our reasonable losses. They are not penalties, and we will reduce or waive a charge where we can rebook your slot or where our costs are lower.
